"I have always been an athlete who has looked out for my body and has taken care of myself. Ever since I knew I was going to play professional soccer, I would train my hardest. I have always been extremely driven and passionate in reaching my goals and aspirations for myself. With my drive, I developed a desire to train, and train hard. I would make it a goal to train harder than anyone I knew, and I did.
Now that I am older, 31 to be exact, I see how hard work pays off. I have had the privilege to train and play with some of the best players in this country and in the world. A few years ago I started to feel my body a bit more. I couldn't recover like I used to. I started to get the mindset that it is natural and everyone goes through this, and I knew that, but I didn't want it now. Prior to the 2010 season, I had a nagging hamstring issue that had been around for almost 2 years. I saw three different specialists in three different cities and none of them could fix the problem. They could manage the ache, but nothing else. 6 weeks before the start of my 2010 season, I started to train with Tracy for the first time. Within three weeks, he had my hamstring issue solved and corrected. Not only did he help correct a chronically tight hamstring no one else could, but he trained me to where I felt more fit, strong, and ready for the preseason than I ever have. My performance was better than it had been and the recovery showed what I had been missing the previous years. It showed that my career wasn't ending, but rather peaking, thanks to the close understanding and attention Tracy took to my goals, my strengths and my weaknesses.
During the season, I had a normal but lingering injury for soccer players... an injury that could keep players out most of the season. In my frustration for its annoyance, Tracy flew out for a weekend. The Thursday before I could barely jog, but by Saturday night, Tracy had me running at about 80% and playing full speed by my next game with no residual issues. I felt the best that I have felt throughout the season than I can remember! I account that to the season long program Tracy had tailor made for me. I have trained with some of the "top level" soccer and personal trainers around the country, but I have never trained with someone as well versed as Tracy.
There are so many "cookie-cutter" programs out there, but Tracy takes an individual and creates their own personal program that will strengthen their weaknesses and add to their strengths. He knows the functionality of the body and what is needed to make it work properly for each individual and their sport. I am truly grateful for Tracy and his work he has done one me. Dare I say he saved my career :) Really though, Working with Tracy has not only brought back the physical endurance but also helped rekindle my passion and desire to be better! Thanks to Tracy I don't have to hang up my boots just yet!"

Katie- My high school and college running career was mediocre at best. I was plagued with injury, and continuously over trained- thinking more was better. That method caught up with me, and after suffering a debilitating hip injury, I was sidelined for 10 years. Various doctors told me that I would never run again. I tried everything, and nothing seemed to work.
I was referred to Tracy Wehrman by Dr. Casey Hummel at Blue Chip Spine. I wanted to start running again and was hesitant.
Not only did Tracy quickly and accurately identify my chronic issues, he tailored my workout program to strengthen my hip and get me back to running. Never did I imagine that I would be running again, let alone competing in distance runs. I run 3-4 times per week, and feel like I am performing better than in high school and college. The sky is the limit.
I hope to run a marathon again, and with Tracy's programs, it is definitely possible.
Bobby W.-My name is Bobby Warchuck, I attended Andover Central high school. Before i met Tracy Wehrman I had average speed. After, two weeks of working out with tracy i became one of the fastest players on Andover Centrals baseball team. Tracy also help me with my strength. My Junior your I was able to hit one home-run, My senior year after working out with Tracy, I was able to hit eight home-runs. Tracy Wehrman is a great person who will go out of his way to help anyone. I can remember one time I hurt my shoulder during a game, and Tracy took time out of his evening to help me fix my shoulder.
Aspen- I started working with Tracy after undergoing heart surgery. It was my senior year and I was hoping to just get back to the place where I had been with my swimming performance my junior year. After working with Tracy for a few months and entering the swimming season, I ended up breaking 18 of my personal records my senior season. Many of those personal records had not been broken since I was 13 years old.
Brandon B.- My Jr. year of high school I came to work out at pure-formance. I walked in and told them that i just lost 55 lbs and wanted to be a linebacker this year. I told them i needed to gain a ton of speed and flexibility really fast. Tim told me they had the perfect trainer. For once in my life when I told Tracy the seemingly impossible he did not laugh at me, but instead told me how we are going to reach this goal. I had two weeks before the season was to start and i was one of the slowest lineman. After dedicating my self to do whatever Tracy told me to, I was not only the fastest lineman, but able to run with the linebackers. Now after a lot of hard work with Tracy my body has changed dramatically along with my knowledge and athleticism. My SR. year this year was a very successful one. I had an injury that withheld me from starting but when I played I was around fifth leading tackler on the team for the season. I even led the team in tackles a couple games. The best part about Tracy is not his knowledge, techniques, work ethic, or workouts, it's knowing that he is your friend and that no matter what the situation, I can call Tracy knowing he will be there for me. Tracy has taught me more than i ever imagined learning from a trainer, and has inspired me to become a personal trainer myself. I thank him for all his dedication, hard work, and for most of all giving me a chance and believing in me!

Nadine D.- About 3 months ago, I had heard about Tracy's work and realized that I needed to exercise but realized that not all exercise was good for me with my multiple problems. I had hurt so bad if I slept on my left side for years. I could only stay in bed for 4 or 5 hours then I would hurt so bad I would have to get up. When I got up or sat in the recliner I wouldn't hurt. My right shoulder hurt and often I couldn't put the dishes up in the cabinet with my right hand because it hurt to bad to raise my arm. Both of those problems have been taken care of but another problem was taken care of that totally pleasantly surprised me. For 5 months I would be awakened during the night with dizziness if laid on my back and turned my head to the left. Also if I laid down on my left I would be so dizzy. I had contacted the doctor and also was examined by an ear doctor. The testing showed I was dizzy but it was not due to the ears. To my amazement, that is no longer a problem.
I am very grateful for feeling so much better. Oh I almost forgot. My knees have made it very hard to get up and down when sitting. My husband and others have noticed the improvement in this area.
Like I said, I am very grateful for Tracy's work and knowledge. Oh another thing. For years I would have to go to the chiropractor no less than every 2 weeks most of the time. Before I saw Tracy, I was going every week and getting a massage also. Since I have been working Tracy's program, I haven't needed either one of those services. At the age of 68, I am now sleeping better than I have for years.
My name is Greg. I am 48 and I have been working with Tracy for about 10 months. My job requires that I stay fit and pass physical fitness test and keep a certain body weight. Over the years my weight would Yo-Yo between 250 and 290 lbs. on a 6-2 frame. I had been somewhat successful losing some weight but I would bounce back up. I got very serious about running for two reasons. First I needed to get into shape to pass my fitness test and second I wanted to lose weight. I had been able to get my weight down to 245 lbs. but I had plateaued and my running was not getting any better. I was frustrated and looking for help to lose the extra weight and get better running. The Garmin watch that my wife gave me for Christmas led me to the New Leaf website which led me to Tracy. He was absolutely fantastic. At first, he put me on a treadmill to test my current aerobic capacity. To my surprise, I did not have the aerobic capacity that should have with all of the running I had been doing over the past several years. Tracy took that data and started me on a running plan that increased my aerobic capacity. The results were amazing. I was running more efficiently. I then took my fitness test and did a little better but it was not what I needed so I went back to Tracy. He adjusted my training plan and my diet In 8 weeks; the results were nothing short of extraordinary. My time on my run dropped 2 full minutes. My weight also dropped by 20 lbs. Now I have my sights set on the Marine Corps Marathon. I could not have gotten to where I am now without Tracy’s coaching and help. He has not only been a great coach but during my lowest times when I failed to make my fitness goals he was there to cheer me on and kept me focused on the end result. I am grateful to Tracy for his help and support. I would recommend anyone that wants to lose weight and get into shape for any sport should call Tracy. He will help you meet your fitness goals. Thanks Tracy.
